Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the hand dryer and all original accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware back into the original manufacturer's box to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
